Shipping policy

In addition to the indicated product prices we charge shipping costs. These will be clearly communicated to you on the order page. Taxes and duties may apply depending on order quantity and country of residence and will be charged separately, not by us.

Small items (like CDs), that fit into envelopes are shipped with Deutsche Post starting from 1.60€ nationally and 3.70€ worldwide. Bigger packages are shipped worldwide with DHL with tracking and insurance. Depending on your country of residence and order quantity, delivery time and costs may vary. The shipping costs for a CO₂-neutral delivery to Germany are at a flat rate of 5.60€, to the European Union 14.00€, Switzerland and the UK from 18.00€, USA and Canada as well as the rest of the world from 22.50€. We offer free shipping for deliveries over 100€ to Germany.

As soon as we hand over your order to DHL, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow the status of your shipment at any time.
